The Hawaii Yoga Institute is committed to the living art of yoga. Our curriculum is specifically designed to engage a playful spirit through an inquiry into the multidimensional self. Our educational model facilitates personal development, self-reflection, spirituality, and movement meditation in a safe and warm environment for learning, growing, and discovery with others.

The 200HR Yoga Teacher Training program meets and exceeds the requirements of the national American Yoga Alliance. Upon completing the program, the student will be given a certificate by the school, indicating the approved course was satisfactorily completed. The yoga teacher training certificate of completion will state that the student has completed 200 hours of study in yoga teaching techniques, methodology, anatomy, physiology, philosophy, and ethics, and has practiced modeling safe and effective Multi-Style Yoga Education.
