Housing

We have six private rooms available on-campus. You can review the details HERE.

If you choose to stay off-campus, you are responsible for finding your own housing and transportation to our training venue. We send you information on where other students have stayed in the past. The closest town to our facility (in Hakalau) is Honomu.

Whether you stay on- or off-campus, we STRONGLY recommend that you opt into our food option so that you can focus your energy on learning. We are able to provide some of the most incredibly fresh, farm-to-table food that is prepared with as many local ingredients as possible. You can read more about our chef HERE if you like. Our meal plan includes the following:

5:45a morning coffee/tea (Class starts at 6:30a)

8:30a breakfast

12:00p lunch

5:30p dinner

We also understand wanting to prepare your own food. If you are choosing to make your own meals, please remember that we have very long hours and that you should plan to bring your breakfast and lunch everyday. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide fridge space or heating appliances; our chef makes full use of the kitchen.
